SNOW advertising

In this blog we will talk about SNOW. SNOW is a new competitor for Belgacom, Telenet and VOO. They offer a 3-pack with digital TV, Internet and fixed phone, they also have a 2-pack with only digital TV and internet. Both packs costs €39 per month.

SNOW introduced themselves too the 3 biggest providers of television, Internet and fixed phone on a special way. The employees of Belgacom, Telenet and VOO got a personal welcome. SNOW putts hundreds of snowmen in the entrees of the headquarters of the 3 providers. They all had signboards with slogans like: ‘All you need is SNOW’, ‘We want SNOW’, ‘SNOW is coming’… 

This guerrilla action was effective and it created also buzz because that night it actually started to snow.

I like this sort of advertising, because they didn’t made traditional advertising. Everybody knows now that there is a new provider for television, Internet and fixed phone. And SNOW will be a good competitor because the 3-pack is the cheapest one compared with the other 3 providers. Since 7 February 2013 you can use SNOW, sow lets hope for SNOW that there advertising campaign will work.
